Read these terms and conditions carefully before participating. The campaign is only valid under the conditions stated here. These Official Rules and Cloetta’s privacy policy prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Information and terms provided in social media posts as part of this campaign shall be considered part of these terms and conditions, unless contradicting to these terms.

About the Campaign
As part of Cloetta Group and/or owner and proprietor of the Cloetta business and trademarks, the Sweepstakes is promoted and sponsored by Cloetta North America Inc, 150 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 1950, Chicago IL 60601, United States of America (“Sponsor”).

Win two tickets to see Zara Larsson live at the Greek Theatre, Los Angeles – plus an Ahlgrens Bilar prize pack. Two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Sweepstakes period.

Terms and Conditions
1. Requirements and Eligibility
This campaign is open to:
a) Legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions),
b) aged 18 or over at the time of entry,
c) excluding employees and the immediate families (i.e., spouses, domestic partners, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren and other persons residing in the same household (related or not)) of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Internet access and a registered account with Instagram or TikTok are required. No purchase is required. Winners must be based in the Los Angeles area and able to attend the concert on September 29, 2026 at their own cost. Travel, transportation, and accommodation are not included in the prize and will not be reimbursed.

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes will run from September 22 at 12:00 am Pacific Time to September 27 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Any entries received outside the Sweepstakes period will not be accepted. The social media platform’s website server is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

3. Entry
You enter the Sweepstakes by following @ahlgrensbilar_us on Instagram or TikTok AND commenting on the giveaway post tagging at least one friend. The giveaway post will be posted on the brand’s social media platform (Instagram / TikTok) on September 22.

Each qualifying comment (tagging a friend) counts as one entry. Multiple comments are permitted and each counts as one additional entry. Max 10 entries per person. Limit one winner per household or address. All entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the social media platform account. Entries must be submitted by the participant.

All valid entries will be entered into the end-of-giveaway draw. No purchase requirement.

All entries must fulfill all requirements as specified herein to be eligible to win a prize. Normal internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the participant. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf or using several or fake accounts will be disqualified, at the Sponsor’s discretion. In case of dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, the entry will be declared made by the account holder of the email address associated with the entry, as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any late, incomplete, misdirected, misdelivered, or delayed entries, or for technical or human errors or failures of any kind in connection with the submission, transmission, processing or judging of entries, including without limitation, any malfunctions or failures of computer hardware, computer software, networks or telephone equipment, or any technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you via your social media platform account and mention your name and/or social media platform account username on Sponsor’s social media page.

Restrictions on Entry: No entry may contain any offensive or vulgar content. No entry may contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and no entry may contain material that is in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the entry is created. Any entry containing inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be considered ineligible and will not be part of the promotion. Any entry generated automatically, by any use of robots, scripts, programs, computer applications or other like or similar entry methods, are not permitted and will be disqualified.

4. Prizes, Odds of Winning, and Selection of Winners

Prizes: The prize consists of: Two (2) prizes will be awarded. The winner will receive: (a) two (2) tickets to see Zara Larsson at the Greek Theatre, Los Angeles, California, on September 29, 2026 at 7:30 PM (approximate retail value: $200); and (b) one (1) Ahlgrens Bilar prize pack (approximate retail value: $50). Total approximate retail value per prize: $250. No cash alternative will be offered.

Selection of Winners by Random Drawing: You win a prize by submitting a valid entry – following @ahlgrensbilar_us on Instagram or TikTok and commenting on the giveaway post tagging a friend. Entries using fake accounts, automated tools, or any form of cheating will be disqualified. There will be 1 winner in total. The winner will be drawn on September 28, 2026. All winners will be randomly drawn among all the participants who meet the requirements.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes period.

5. Notification of Winner and Claiming Prize
The winners will be announced on Monday, September 28, 2026 by Cloetta contacting the winner via Instagram or TikTok direct message from @ahlgrensbilar_us. The winners will have to claim the prize by responding in a direct message on the social media platform within twenty-four (24) hours
from when they receive the winner notification direct message from @ahlgrensbilar_us. 

The direct message must contain contact information for the distribution of the prize:
a) full first and last name
b) postal address,
c) email address and
d) phone number.

Any potential winner will be required to sign and return (except where prohibited) a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity (the “Paperwork”) within twenty-four (24) hours from 11:59 pm Pacific Time on September 28, 2026.

Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner does not send the message in time or does not timely provide the contact information and Paperwork above the prize is forfeit and can no longer be claimed by the winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, declines to accept the prize or does not follow these Rules, for any reasons whatsoever, the Prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion and the Prize may remain un-awarded. Instead, the same prize will be awarded to another participant of that draw at random. If the second winner does not provide a valid address within the time allotted, the prize will be forfeit completely and no further winners of that particular prize will be appointed. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Rules and return of executed Paperwork, where legal.

If needed, Cloetta will contact you via the provided email address in order to distribute the prize.

6. Receiving Prizes
No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.

The participant is responsible to pay any and all federal, state and local taxes, if any, that apply to the Prize.

Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of prize claim and the completion of the verification process. Upon verification by Sponsor that the entrant is eligible and receipt of properly-executed Paperwork, where legal, the Prize will be sent to the address provided by the entrant at the time of verification.

The winner must provide a valid United States mailing address. P.O. Box addresses are ineligible. Upon shipping the Prize to the winner by mail, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the Prize to the winner, with the winner assuming full responsibility for the Prize. The winner is responsible for any additional costs in case of a failed delivery or if the shipment is returned to sender. Sponsor will
not replace any lost or stolen Prizes. The Sponsor must report the value of the Prize to the Internal  Revenue Service in the year the Prize is received by the winner. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of any Prize is at the sole responsibility of the recipient. Concert tickets will be delivered digitally within 24 hours of prize verification. The Ahlgrens Bilar prize pack will be
shipped within 7 days of prize verification. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason.

7. General Information
Publicity: By accepting a Prize, winners permit, authorize, grant, and license Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective licensees, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and fulfillment agencies the right to use of their name, photograph (including any copyrights therein) and/or likeness, any submitted content made by them, Prize information, and statements made by or
attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media and on any platform, for all legitimate business purposes including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation or consents, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree that Sponsor may in its discretion announce the names of the potential winners on Sponsor’s social media accounts or in other forms of
communication.

Verification: The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID (passport, driver’s license or equivalent). The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Sweepstakes and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Official Rules, any instructions forming part the Sweepstakes entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Sweepstakes and on prize acceptance. The Sponsor cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

Liability: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time, and for any reason whatsoever. If for any reason any aspect of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or invalidate any affected entries.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor and which prevents the Sponsor from complying with these Official Rules, the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Sponsor and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Sweepstakes, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case
that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, damages, or causes of action of any kind.

The Sponsor has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Sponsor will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Sweepstakes.

The social media platform on which this campaign is hosted is not affiliated with, endorsing, responsible for or liable for the campaign.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Sponsor’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Governing Law: These Official Rules (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by United States law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Residents of jurisdictions where this Sweepstakes is not permitted, or where Sponsor would be required to register or be restricted in any other way, are not eligible to enter or to win a prize.

Complaints: If you have any complaints, please contact ugc@pulse-advertising.com. In the event of a dispute over the rules, conduct, results, and any other matters relating to the contest, the Sponsor’s decision will be final.

Disputes: Any and all disputes, controversies, claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, these Official Rules or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved in binding arbitration individually, and without resort to collective, class, or aggregate action. Any such arbitration must be brought and heard in Los Angeles, California and shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its expedited procedures under its commercial
arbitration rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. YOU, AS WELL AS EACH RELEASED ENTITY, HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW. As a condition to registering and submitting an entry, you irrevocably waive any right to seek and obtain rescission and equitable and injunctive relief. Additionally, in any dispute, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive, all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Privacy and Data Protection: The Sponsor will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Sweepstakes and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Zara Larsson and any potentially related trademarks are registered trademarks of Zara Larsson or her management, or the Greek Theatre. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Zara Larsson or her management, or the Greek Theatre.

8. Agreement to Be Bound
By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You further agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding in all respects as it relates in any and all manner to the Sweepstakes and the awarding of prizes. If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other
provisions of these Rules will remain in full force and effect. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY ANY PRIZE WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH PRIZE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE
IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
